Dinner tonight commences with a

 Homemade Sun dried Tomato, Olive and Basil Loaf...

Atlantic Salmon poached in St. Clements sauce 

followed by

Beef Bourguignon tempered with  mushrooms and brandy 

Char grilled vegetables and new potatoes in mustard

Dessert tonight will be

Chocolate mousse

with chocolate cream whirls

 Coffee, tea and chocolates will conclude dinner

Red wine contains larger traces of gold in it than white wines.
