Accommodation

Four types of accommodation are available for guests participating in the "Cloud Nine" Pamper package.

- Cooks Retreat:

A secluded luxury hideaway with its own private entrance and facilities. The warm sheoak flooring welcomes each guest as they step inside. Glowing rich autumnal colours are  highlighted. Two sets of French doors open out onto a terrace overlooking the Blackwood River and the mighty oak and centuries old Cypress.  Mood lighting and the reverse cycle air-conditioning  creates a wonderful atmosphere. Soak in the two person spa, dry using towels from a heated towel rail. Wrap in the fluffy towelling robe and curl up on the deep sofa, cosseted amongst the wall to wall cookery books and just romance away the time with each-other.

- Honeymoon Suite:

The Honeymoon suite lives up to its name, with its luxurious appointments, space and view into the forest. You can sing love songs to each other in the deep spa. Open the stained glass window, and watch the Blackwood River float by. The Honeymoon Suite is one of two rooms in Aislinn , part of the Ford House Village. The sheoak floors reflect the 3.6m high ceilings, and the live sheoak forest beyond. The queen sized bed is dressed in a traditional original Amish quilt.  There is TV, video and original artworks. The overstuffed sofa and table and chairs in the bay window overlooks dense forest of Karris and Marris. Step from the spa to the separate shower, Wrap yourself in a warm fluffy towelling robe plucked from the heated towel rail.

- Delaportes Spa Suite

Just been completed in December 2006, this room has 5m high vaulted ceilings, air conditioning and dormer windows high up so that you can watch the stars go by. There are the usual luxuries of flatscreen TV, a DVD player and DVDs, as well as a kitchenette. The star of the room is a historic french carved oak bed, and hundred year old Roumanian shutter doors. Very romantic.

- Oddingtons Spa Suite

Just completed in December 2006, this room has 5m high vaulted ceilings, air conditioning and dormer windows high up so that you can watch the stars go by. There are the usual luxuries of flatscreen TV, a DVD player and DVDs, as well as a kitchenette. The room has an English feel, with overstuffed wing back chairs, and a deep pile rug from Afganistan

The Honeymoon Suite: en-suite and spa, Amish quilts, hundreds of books & games, refrigerator, tea and coffee, wine glasses, heated towel rail, hair dryer, towelling robes,  sheoak floors, stereo system,  TV, video, Bay window looking out onto forest, large living room with folding doors opening out onto terrace overlooking river,  deep leather sofa and chairs.
