Booking, Cancellations and Check in

at the Ford House Retreat, Bridgetown

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIMES

The official check-in time is after 2.00pm, however we are fairly flexible about times. If there was no guest in the room the night before, the room will be available as soon as you arrive. If the room was occupied on the previous night, there is considerable time cleaning and re-setting the room. In the event that you arrive early, we may distract you with a free cup of coffee until it is ready for you. However, it should be noted that, as we are very particular about cleanliness, the room preparation does take  time

The official check out time is 11.00am. This allows us to prepare the room for the next guest. We are aware that you may be on holidays, and, as such, we do provide some latitude unless the room is booked for the next guest. In this event, if you would like, we are able to store your belongings until your departure

BOOKING:
To book, it is best to ring Ken or Jenny on (08)97 611 816 or email us ford.house@wn.com.au to find out which rooms are available, the cost of each, whether dinner is required, and to provide credit card details. Without credit card details, the room cannot be held. 
CANCELLATIONS:
To cancel, please notify Ken or Jenny on (08) 97 611 816 as soon as you are able. In the event that a substitute guests book in after a Cancellation,  no cancellation fee will be applied. If a replacement guest is not found,  50% of the room rate may be deducted from your credit card. In the event that the Cancellation is within 24 hours of Check-in, 100% of the value of the room may be applied.
